US Layoffs — July 2013

The US labor market showed continued flux as employers submitted 211 WARN Act notices in July 2013, putting at risk an estimated 19,283 workers — down from June and down 5% versus July 2012. Filings came from 29 states and territories, with an average of 91 workers per notice.
