US Layoffs — July 2016

The US labor market showed continued flux as employers submitted 199 WARN Act notices in July 2016, putting at risk an estimated 19,665 workers — down from June and down 40% versus July 2015. Filings came from 33 states and territories, with an average of 99 workers per notice.
