US Layoffs — November 2015

The US labor market showed continued flux as employers submitted 199 WARN Act notices in November 2015, putting at risk an estimated 21,417 workers — down from October and up 29% versus November 2014. Filings came from 34 states and territories, with an average of 108 workers per notice.
